The primary objective of this series is to significantly diminish both maintenance and operational expenses, rendering it an immensely appealing solution for industry experts aiming to streamline their operations.
To ensure optimal performance, this series has been seamlessly integrated with HF or Fronius chargers. It is available in three distinct versions, namely the Hydrosave 4, HydroSave 8, and HydroSave 13, offering flexibility to cater to diverse requirements.
The HydroSave Series presents a practical solution for efficient battery maintenance, specifically addressing the time-consuming process of water refilling. Watering intervals are influenced by two key factors: the acid reserve volume of the battery and the weekly water loss due to electrolysis, which is directly correlated to the charging factor.
Hydrosave's cutting-edge and innovative design optimizes the electrolyte volume, effectively reducing the frequency of watering and lowering maintenance expenses.
For optimal outcomes, the topping-up intervals are determined based on 80% Depth of Discharge (DoD) with five cycles per week. Moreover, the charging factors of 1.10 to 1.12 for the Sunlight HF pulse charger, 1.07 for the Fronius HF charger, and 1.2 for the conventional (50 Hz) charger are duly taken into consideration.
